Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HeyDesk™ services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

Services Description

HeyDesk™ provides AI-powered helpdesk and booking agent services for small businesses. Our Services include:

  • AI voice and text conversation handling
  • Automated booking and scheduling
  • FAQ answering and customer enquiry handling
  • Calendar integration and notifications
  • Multi-agent persona configuration

Subscription and Pricing

HeyDesk™ offers subscription plans on a monthly basis:

  • Solo: $99/month - 200 minutes included
  • Business: $199/month - 500 minutes included
  • Enterprise: $499+/month - 2,000+ minutes included

Overage charges of $0.15 per minute apply beyond included allowances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Acceptable Use

We maintain zero tolerance for the following behaviours:

  • Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour towards our AI agents or staff
  • Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
  • Attempts to manipulate, "jailbreak," or misuse the AI system
  • Illegal activities, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonation or misrepresentation
  • Any activities harmful to HeyDesk, our partners, or other users

Violations will result in immediate account termination without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to appropriate authorities.

Recording and Data Use

All conversations with our AI agents are recorded. By using our Services, you consent to:

  • Recording and transcription of voice and text conversations
  • Use of recordings for service delivery and quality assurance
  • Use of anonymised data to train and improve AI systems
  • Processing of voice data by AI systems for speech recognition and emotional analysis

Recordings are retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request deletion of your conversation history, though anonymised data may be retained for AI training purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our Services use Hume AI for voice processing, speech recognition, and emotional analysis. By using our Services, you also agree to:

Your voice data is transmitted to and processed by Hume AI servers. HeyDesk is not responsible for Hume AI's handling of data beyond what is covered by our agreement with them.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

Limitation of Liability

HeyDesk™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
